The number of available foursomes for the 2008 ESPY Celebrity Golf Classic (the “Event”) is limited. ESPN reserves the right to approve and confirm any and all registrations and does not guarantee participation of any registrant. ESPN will make all determinations with respect to Event (including, without limitation, staging, participation, disqualification of any participant, interpretation of rules, etc.) and may take any actions including the following: interpreting, modifying or amending the rules and regulations, suspending or terminating play at any time and for any reason including but not limited to safety or health of participants, weather, acts of God, force majeure, or any other reason. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ESPN may disqualify any participant from the 2007 ESPY Celebrity Golf Classic for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of applicable rules or guidelines or for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. All actions of ESPN hereunder shall be in its sole discretion and without appeal.
